Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Pinole, CA or Orinda, CA... so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Website. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

Insurance and Billing
We accept most insurance plans.
Unlike most dental offices these days , we still do our best to optimize your insurance benefits for you.  We are a preferred provider in many major dental insurance plans.  Even if we are not a preferred provider, you can still choose us and we can and will still process your insurance forms for you (except for Medical).   If we are not a preferred provider in your plan, we ask that you pay for your services at the time of the visit and the insurance check (if any) will go directly to you.  If we are a preferred provider, we accept assignment of benefits from your insurance, but we do ask that you pay for your estimated co-pay portion at the time the service is rendered.  Should there be a credit in your account after your insurance plan pays, we will either refund the co-pay to you or apply the amount toward other services, whatever you prefer.   If you have any questions, we will be happy to assist you in anyway possible.
